Qualifying Results
- Kevin Harvick and the No. 4 Jimmy John’s Chevrolet SS team will start Sunday’s MyAFibStory.com 400 from the 12th position after Friday evening’s qualifying session was cancelled due to inclement weather at Chicagoland Speedway.
- Per the NASCAR rulebook, the starting lineup for the race was set based on Friday’s practice speeds. The No. 4 team focused on qualifying trim during the 90-minute afternoon practice session. Harvick completed multiple mock-qualifying runs and posted the 12th-fastest speed of the session.
- Kyle Busch will start Sunday’s race from the first position and Ryan Newman, Carl Edwards, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. and Matt Kenseth round out the top-five spots.
- On Saturday, teams are scheduled to have two additional practice sessions to prepare for Sunday’s race. FOX Sports 1 will air coverage of the first session at 11 a.m. ET and FOX Sports 2 will broadcast final practice at 2 p.m. ET.
The following is the starting position of the other SHR teams in Sunday's race:
- Kurt Busch and the No. 41 Haas Automation Chevrolet team will start 14th.
- Danica Patrick and the No. 10 GoDaddy Chevrolet team will start 18th.
- Tony Stewart and the No. 14 Mobil 1/Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet team will start 22nd.
Race Coverage Information:
ESPN will provide live coverage of Sunday’s race at 1 p.m. ET. MRN Radio affiliates and Sirius XM NASCAR Radio will provide the live radio broadcast.
