2003 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
In the final season with Winston as the title sponsor of the Cup Series (Nextel took over in 2004), Kevin scored a strong fifth-place finish in points. One win, one pole, 11 top-five finishes and 18 top-10's helped propel Kevin to his best finish in Cup Series points to date. He also scored a career highlight this season, starting from the pole then winning the famous Brickyard 400 race at Indy. GM Goodwrench was the primary sponsor of the No. 29 car.
