We’re heading WEST!  We are now accepting orders for our upcoming Kevin Harvick Fan Club Event in Phoenix.  Please see below for additional details and how to purchase tickets to the event. 
 
Track:  Phoenix International Raceway
Date:  November 10, 2012
Time:  Following the NNS Race.  Fan Club event schedule will be communicated once the NASCAR schedule is released.

Order Deadline:  September 24, 2012 - All orders must be submitted by the stated deadline.  This is a track mandated deadline to allow ample time for processing and unfortunately we will not be able to accept any orders beyond the deadline.

-At least one attendee per group must be a current Kevin Harvick Fan Club Member.  Please purchase the tickets under the member name.  Please list the other attendee names and indicate if they are a Fan Club Member as well or if they are a guest.

-All attendees must purchase a ticket package to attend the event.
 
-All attendees must have possession of a PIR Grandstand Ticket to gain access through the gates in order to reach the event location.

-PIR Pre-Race Pit Pass: 
Once purchased, you will receive a redemption coupon.  Please take your redemption coupon to the Trading Post location at Gate 3 or Gate 8 at PIR, during pre-race pit access hours.  Pre-race access is limited to persons 18-years of age and older for events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Guests under the age of 18 may redeem and use pre-race pit passes on Sunday.

Pre-race pit pass holders must show photo identification to verify the identity of the pass holder and must be accompanied by a Grandstand Ticket.  Photo identification must be carried at all times.

Pre-race pit passes do allow for casual dress, but tops must cover the majority of the upper torso and the entire midriff.  No bikini tops, halter tops or bare torsos are allowed.  Closed toe shoes are required.  Shorts and skirts are allowed on pit road during the hours of pre-race access.
Pre-race pit pass holders are allowed to explore the pit area at their leisure during track regulated times.

- ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SERVED DURING THIS EVENT
